Corporate Gift

In 2006, Beta 80 Group celebrated twenty years in business with the "Twenty Party" event. Even before being a celebration of self-made results, it was an occasion for expressing gratitude to all the “fans” who had supported the company. During the party we gave the guests a small gift, and from that time onwards, the corporate gift became a fixed custom. Beta 80 Group chooses an item and thinks of the best time to present it. It’s a cheerful and unusual way to repeat its thanks to those who want to go on being fans.

Beta 80 Group’s history is written in human capital. It’s made up of individual people rather than a factor in the business equation. It’s each one of us, with the values we have and the contributions we make; these have often arrived spontaneously, without being forced by the demands of a role or the need to make a profit.
The game began in 1986 and the team has grown somewhat in the meantime. There are 350 of us now and, although the field has grown wider, human capital is still at the centre of play. There’s a taste for concocting moves and getting results, with the awareness that victory, when it comes, has been built together – with clients, suppliers, partners and, of course, fans.

Beta 80 Group’s twenty-year anniversary, celebrated in 2006/2007, reinforced our consciousness of depending on relationships with clients, partners and collaborators – those who also have the “colder” title of stakeholders. We are increasingly aware that important relationships must be cultivated, because only in this way will everyone’s contribution be given its full worth and bring results which we are the first to marvel at.
Last June, Beta 80 Group signed an agreement with Agusta SpA for the acquisition of the company branch relating to solutions for the 118 Emergency-Urgency Operations Centres, consolidating its leading position in the sector in Italy. It’s not just the industrial aspect that counts, however, and so we want to be with you on holiday as well.

On 24th November last we celebrated Beta 80 Group’s 20 years in business with the "Twenty Party". Time is not a factor to get through quickly in order to achieve improbable “disposable” results. It is rather a useful tool that allows us to learn, build and consolidate ourselves with patience and determination. Bearing this in mind, we have grown this year, too, and expect to close 2007 with a turnover in excess of 25 million Euro and reach the amazing number of 300 people working in Beta 80 Group. The history, the present and the future aspirations of the people who work in Beta 80 Group are to guard all those factors and human values that allow us to operate and develop with sacrifice and realism.

TWENTY PARTY - NOVEMBER 2006

The "Twenty Party" originates from gratitude for the history of Beta 80 Group. At the beginning there was the creative impulse, the taste for adventurous enterprise. Students in their last year of engineering studies who got together to build the foundations for the business. This is how Beta 80 started up twenty years ago, and it has moved along its path of economic business by experimenting with the surprising freely-given services of many people. This happened at the beginning and it still happens now. We are therefore encouraged to play always to our maximum ability (and at good levels) spurred on by the trust that clients and partners grant us.
And this allows us to look a long way ahead, with hope and determination.
