Our teams perform different kind of maintenance activities (corrective, adaptive, perfective), and the work process follows the main standards for IT Service Management (ref. ITIL®) and are subject to service level measurement. Project managers or software architects coordinates and guarantees the quality of work carried out by program analysts. A service desk team is available to act as a single point of contact. It receives users’ issues and addresses their solution.
