RECRUITING AND SELECTION
We recruit and select almost totally in-house. Beta 80’s Human Resources department monitors the labour market, meets the needs of the Business Units/Staffs, and presents the candidacies best suited to the profiles sought. The Beta 80 selection process consists of steps – usually interviews, but tests or business cases as well – that help both sides become more familiar with each other. The Human Resources department is the continuous coupling point along this path. It is also supported by professional who, in turn, provide their contribution in terms of assessment and comparison. We select the best channels for our personnel searches. We conduct the interviews and we involved the Business Units/Staffs to build, together, a professional proposal that sets off the candidate in the company’s context. In this way the candidate can learn about the structure, the area and the people he will work with, in addition to the projects and characteristic activities.
