Technology/Unified Emergency Communication
INTEGRATED, MULTI-MEDIA SYSTEMS FOR PSAPs
Beta 80 designs, installs and starts-up unified, integrated and efficient PSAPs that manage data from all channels and sources. PSAPs can receive video, messages, images and files through multiple channels, (IP, radio) sources (social media) and devices; (mobile). This new communication supports dispatchers and on field operators who can now access real-time and complete information crucial for the emergency response.
½ONE INTERFACE FOR ALL
Beta 80 leverages the latest resources to build integrated systems for more efficient PSAPs. Integrating these new data files and technologies, dispatchers and first responders can:
- Communicate more efficiently
- Assess the situation with more clarity
- Improve decision-making and data sharing
- Be more connected both individually and between groups
- Reduce vendor lock-in problems for the flexible approach.
½RADIO NETWORK INTEGRATION
Beta 80 integrates analog, digital and Tetra radio networks (LMRS / PMR) to improve information exchange between PSAPs and on-field agents. Voiceless vehicle and equipment thus becomes a source of information, tracking mission status and on field activity. With the KTEK Aero Talk integration, agents can use a single console, for a more efficient communication and to exercise greater control and flexibility.
